1. General part

1.1. Introduction

Shop plus plus (short: Shop++) stands for the following companies: Shop plus plus GmbH, Beim Strohhause 8a, 20097 Hamburg, Germany.

Shop ++ operates an international network of innovative fundraising platforms for charities with a focus on "Help at no extra cost" through online shopping.

1.2. Services of shop ++

Shop ++ offers its visitors and members (together hereinafter users) the following services:

1.2.1. Shopping guide

The shop ++ shopping guide is an evaluative directory of external vendors and service providers (generally: Shops). The order of the stores is carried out by shop ++ due to various objective and subjective criteria with the aim to recommend to users for every purchase desire the best provider. Several hundred shops are listed in the shopping guide. When a user makes a purchase at one of the partner stores, shop ++ pays the specified percentage in the guide or euro amount to the charitable partner organization of the user's choice.

1.2.2. special offers

Shop ++ provides a directory of special offers and discounts of selected partner shops. Special offers and discounts are partly exclusive to shop ++ users. Each time you use one of these offers, specified help in while buying will be paid to the partner organization of shop ++.

1.2.3. Shopping search

with the search function, users can access more than 3000 stores. Some of these stores are also listed in the shopping guide.

1.2.4. Online donation

Through the online donation function, users can make a donation of any partner organization of shop ++. Shop ++ works in this case as a trustee for the donation payment.

1.2.5. Donation products

Partner organizations of shop ++ can offer "donation products" that you can see in your charity shop (see below) offer. They conform donations for specific products

1.2.6. Web search

The Web search is a combination of its own shopping guide and results of external search provider Google. For some queries, shop ++ therefore provides the best results. For all other queries, the results from Google

1.2.7. Vouchers

The shop ++ voucher is a gift voucher that can be exchanged by online Eintauschprozess in coupon codes from 8 Shop++ partner shops. 2% of the nominal value will be paid to the elected Shop++ partner organization as help.

In Austria the "Shop ++ Branch Voucher" will be offered in addition to the shop ++ voucher. It is a paper voucher, which is assumed directly in more than 2500 branches throughout Austria. The shop ++ Branch Voucher is a product of the Austrian shop plus plus GmbH, Viriotgasse 9/24, 1090 Vienna.

1.2.8. Charity shop and Fan shop

Shop ++ allows participating partner organizations own products through the website of the Shop++ for sale. This shop ++ provides sales settlement and debt collection services. If companies want individual partner organizations of shop ++ favor, sold Shop++ these products themselves.

1.2.9. Sponsor pages

Members of Shop++, celebrities and companies can set up a "sponsor page", where you introduce yourself and tell why they support a particular project. The help from purchases that are made on this sponsor sites, support directly the project.

1.3. Relationship between Shop++ and external providers

Shop ++ makes its users find offers of different free accessible sites. Shop ++ therefore applies in all these cases, only the products and services of others. Any purchase contracts are directly made with the third party.

1.4. Disclaimer

Shop ++ assumes no liability for the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of information, offers or prices of individual services from third-party described above. In case of purchase of goods or services from these providers, the terms and conditions of the respective provider apply. All requests to purchase or conclusion of contracts, in particular any warranty questions should be therefore addressed directly to this third party. The payment options are governed by the conditions of the respective provider. Shop ++ is not a seller of the advertised goods and services nor a representative of the respective provider. A contract comes into existence solely between the respective providers and the customers. Shop ++ takes -despite careful control- no liability for the content of external links. The content of the linked sites or the content of sites which link to shop ++, are solely responsible.

1.4. Payments to non-profit partner organizations

Shop++ receives commission payments from the third party in concept of purchases from accounts of users of Shop ++ , which vary greatly in type and amount. Of these commission payments to Shop++, 100% of the specified percentages in the Shop++ web are paid to the users selected profit organizations

1.5. Tracking the aid

The non-profit partner organizations dole out purchases of both Shop++ users and non registered members of Shop++. The update of the "help balance" is done once per month, but not later than the 10th of the following month. The current helping balance is transparent and can be seen on the Shop++ sites of the non-profit partner organizations.

Shop++ members have the additional advantage that the assistance of their own purchases are booked in your personal Shop++ member accounts for informational and control purposes.

1.6. Concluding provisions

These Terms can be up dated periodically. This is the current version, under the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.

2. Special provisions for partner organizations of Shop++

2.1. Partner Organization definition

Shop ++ partner organizations are all non-profit organizations (charities, sports clubs, day care centers / kindergartens, schools, etc.) and other non-profit projects that have decided by logging in to Shop++ to cooperate with the store and its Shop++ member account after being tested Shop++ has been unlocked.

2.2. Commitment of the partner organizations

he partner is committed to help through a link between either of his own website or his Facebook page, its employees, members and other interested parties have the possibility to shop via Shop ++ at no extra cost, to draw attention.

2.3.Sponsor performance of Store ++

In return for the under 2.2. activities described, Shop ++ gets a sponsoring help from its partners for all purchases of products and services that were initiated via the shopping portal of Shop++ and for which the following conditions apply: The customer has called the partner as beneficiary organization and Shop++ has the finder's fee or payment customers also receive (no cancellation, etc.). The height of the sponsor performance varies between the various partner shops and services and is transparently indicated by Shop++ on the websites of the store.

2.4. Donations collected by Shop++

Shop ++ provides its partner organizations a free online donation service. Even external payment transaction costs contributes to Shop ++. The donations are collected separately from Shop++, recorded and billed and paid together with the sponsor payments to the non-profit partner organizations.

2.5. Selling products of partner organizations through Shop++

For the sale of products through Shop++ a separate agreement must be concluded. The statement will be included with the sponsorship and charitable contributions.

2.6. Payments of Shop++

Shop++ ist committed to the partners to make a open payout every six months - at the latest in September for the first half of the year and to transfer no later than March for the second half of the year. Remittances are made from a payout of € 25. In an accounting period, undisbursed aid is transferred to the next accounting period. The Partner Organization must ensure that the bank account in their Member Account is current and accurate.

2.7. Application of Cooperation

Shop ++ is entitled to refer the public to cooperate with the partner organization and to use the name and logo of the partner. Shop++ will refrain from anything that might be a detriment to the image and the reputation of the partner.

2.8. Term

The cooperation will be discussed indefinitely. Cancellation is possible by writing a 4-week notice at end of the month.

3. Special provisions relating to the purchase of Shop++ vouchers

Definition and functioning of Shop ++ voucher

The Shop++ voucher is a voucher that can be used indirectly to purchase products and services from partner companies of Shop++. To buy products or services from partner companies, is mandatory to have the Shop++ voucher and a coupon code of the partner.

3.2. Nominal value

The nominal value of the voucher of Shop++ can be between EUR 10, and EUR 200. In addition, even the nominal value EUR 44, is possible. The value of the voucher Shop++ corresponds to the nominal value. The help to the non-profit partner organizations does not reduce the value of the voucher.

3.2. Validity of the Shop ++ voucher

The Shop++ vouchers are only valid until the printed expiration date for exchange. They will be worthless after they expiration date.

3.3. Disclaimer

3.4. Payments to non-profit partner organizations

Immediately upon voucher purchase, Shop++ writes to the selected non-profit partner organization a 2% of the nominal value coupon. This amount is in accordance with the provisions in 2.6., paid as a sponsoring help to the non-profit partner organizations. This payment is a service of shop ++ GmbH and will not be made available to the voucher purchaser.

3.5. Shop ++ Branch Voucher

The shop ++ Branch Voucher is distinguished from the Shop++ voucher insofar it is assumed by several Austrian retail chains, directly for payment in more than 2,500 branches. It is published by the Austrian Shop plus plus GmbH, Viriotgasse 9/24, 1090 Vienna.
